Nancy Kassop

Nancy Kassop is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the State University of New York at New Paltz. She teaches courses in American government, politics, and constitutional law. Her research focuses on presidential power and the separation of powers conflict. Among her many articles and publications, she recently wrote "Expansion and Contraction: Clinton's Impact on the Scope of Presidential Power" in the book titled The Presidency and the Law: The Clinton Legacy by Adler and Genovese. Dr. Kassop graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and from New York University with a M.A. and Ph.D. in Politics.
