Green-yellow is one of the colors of the color wheel in the Munsell color system.

Green-yellow is an official Crayola crayon color, created in 1949, although the color of the actual crayon with this name is much more yellow than the color shown here.

Green-yellow in Human Culture

  • Green-yellow is at the direct middle of the light spectrum visible to the human eye, and as such it is the colour that is most eye catching to humans. For this reason many emergency vehicles and uniforms exhibit green-yellow.
