VIPeR is a robot developed by Israeli company Elbit Systems intended for use in warfare. Early media coverage describes the VIPeR as about the size of a television, armed with a small gun turret and/or explosives, with a pair of treads for movement and a video camera for vision. Whether it is autonomous or remote-controlled is not yet clear.
