Promotion

As before with past films starring professional wrestlers (and the past two WWE produced films), this movie will be promoted during WWE programming, most notably Steve Austin's appearance at WrestleMania 23 as a special guest referee for the Battle of the Billionaires match.

On March 30, 2007, WWE Hosted The World Premiere of "The Condemned" at the legendary Fox Theatre In Detroit, which featured all of the WWE Superstars and roughly 5,000 fans. This was also promotion for the movie itself and WrestleMania 23, which was 2 days after the premiere.

Steve Austin appeared on Road Rules for a mission that was about "The Condemned".[citation needed]
