Lookout! Records
La Lookout! Records è stata un'etichetta discografica California, fondata nel 1987 da Lawrance Livemore a Laytonville e poi trasferitasi a Berkeley era specializzata principalmente nel punk rock e rimase attiva fino al 2012.

Nota principalmente per aver pubblicato i primi due album dei Green Day (39/Smooth e Kerplunk) l'unico album degli Operation Ivy ha pubblicato album di decine di artisti tra cui Rancid, Screeching Weasel, The Queers.
Dopo l'abbandono di Livemore nel 1997, malgrado il tentativo di ampliere il roster con nuovi artisti non più strettamente legati all'East Bay Sound l'etichetta cadde in difficoltà finanziare nel 2005 dopo che i più importanti artisti rescissero i contratti a causa di mancanti pagamenti di royaltes, questo portò ad un contrazione del fatturato fin quando vendette i diritti rimasti e alla inevitabile chiusura avvenuta nel 2012.[1]
