Images in GA

I noticed when you fail an article you say "no images". Images have never been a requirement for a Good Article, as the criteria says;

  • If images are used, that they are free images, or if they are copyright, that their use is covered by Wikipedia's fair use guidelines

Just letting you know. M3tal H3ad 08:48, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Coming here to make the same point. Please see Guto Puw for my comments on your GA failure - I'd appreciate your reply. Thanks for the review. Bencherlite 13:44, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
You made some points on Guto Puw which have now been addressed and the article improved. Would you be prepared to have another look at it now, or must I renominate it? Thanks. Bencherlite 16:35, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for passing Guto Puw and reacting to my request so quickly. Regards, Bencherlite 21:52, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Podilsko-Voskresenska Line

As an independent third party who volunteered to assist with a 3O request, I would rather not be involved further in their dispute if that's OK. I don't think I have anything to add to my prior efforts to mediate. I replied in full at my talk page, but I noticed that you prefer to split discussions between talk pages. Adrian M. Thankyou, but I've already been adopted

Thanks anyway, it was a nice offer. I think I forgot to change the thingy on my page.... sorry about that. I am a lemon 22:18, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Although any help you can give me with Pallarenda, Queensland would be much appriciated. I am a lemon 22:33, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rfa

Thanks for letting me know about closing it. Even though I did poorly in this Rfa it has let me know that I need to improve in many areas and prove that I have a knowledge of policy and am mature enough to be an admin. Have a nice week and God bless.--James, La gloria è a dio 10:44, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Adoption Tasks (RE HAL2008)

Hibiscus Children's Center has now been refitted (and expanded) with <ref>...</ref> and {{reflist}} tags, and has also been expanded, though it's my WIP page, I wasn't really able to find much more information regarding Theodor Mundt, so I decided to do it on the article I was writing. Also, regarding that article, it's not done yet, but I'm wondering what you think of it so far, just so I can get an idea. Also, should WIP articles be placed in the mainspace after a certain amount of work is done, and just have a "not done" or "under construction" template on them? Thanks! --HAL2008 talk 17:03, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks! I'm glad that you approve, I knew that there were some NPOV problems with the article, and I wanted to fix them, but I had to go for a little while, but since it was already done minus the NPOV and minor typo issues, I figured it was ready to go into the mainspace. I didn't even notice the giant fair use rationale template before, or I would have shoved it in there! Thanks for telling me! I don't really think I'm having many signing problems anymore, unless it's something other than remembering to sign, because I have been now. Anyway, thanks a lot for your help! --HAL2008 talk 23:35, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Adoption

Just a note, when offering adoption to editors, make sure to replace their infobox with {{adoptoffer}}. It removes them from the category, which is rather important. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 21:12, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: Solomon RVV

I will remember the rule for next time - but someone should have intervened earlier so I didn't have to do that. Ctwink ingnored his last warning more times than I care to count. Astrovega 22:33, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks

Hello again, and thanks for removing the joke warning you understandably placed on my talk page after my edit to Exploding head syndrome. I take your point about registering here to avoid future misunderstandings. Actually the sentence in question, which you justifiably fact-tagged, was not added by me and had been lower down in the article for some time - I simply moved it. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the citation index given as sources for the article so I cannot verify that the statement is covered by those sources. The only web sources on the phemomenon I have seen may not meet wikipedia's criteria for reliable sources so i have been unable to source the statement in question. Hopefully someone with access to the cited sources will be able to do so. Thanks again for your response. Best regards, 195.137.96.79 22:47, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

More from RestlessPegLegSyndrome

Since you've removed FLCL from GA nominations, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what it lacks, so I cn improve the article. And thanks again for a warm welcome! -RestlessPegLegSyndrome 22:55, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sadly it turned into a bigger deal than I expected. Hopefully it will be over soon. Thanks for helping out! — Alex(U|C|E) 23:27, 12 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

RE:Your GA review for Dream Days at the Hotel Existence

I am so glad I could be of help. Many peer reviews, and other things have helped me over time so I love to help. As far as re-assessing after you make the changes, normally I would say yes, but I am currently trying to get an article to FA quality, and that is taking up much of my Wikipedia time; all other endeavors are kind of pushed to the back burner. So I would recommend renominating, as it will probably get a quicker response. Best wishes!--Esprit15d (talk ¤ contribs) 11:07, 13 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
