Agstafa (Azerbaijani: Ağstafa) is a rayon in northwestern Azerbaijan. The Georgian David Gareja monastery complex (Keshish Dagh in Azerbaijani) is partially located in this region and is subject to a border dispute between Georgian and Azerbaijani authorities.[1]
