The Gallerie dell’Accademia is an art gallery housed in the former monastery in Venice, Italy. The collection was assembled in 1750 by Gian Battista to serve as an art school, and holds many works by Venetian Masters. Among the important works in its collection are Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci, and The Dream of St Ursula by Vittore Carpaccio.
