Template:Music-importance Mother Russia is a Michigan based rock band consisting of Scott Norden (lead vocals, keyboards), Chace Wall (lead guitar), and John Jacobs (percussion). Forming in February of 2005, the band has also featured bassist Tyler Dancer; Tyler departed from the band to pursue school at the University of Michigan. Yet to find a replacement bassist, the remaining members are currently writing new songs and performing as a three-piece for the time being. Mother Russia has already written and performed over a dozen songs, such as "Twelve Leaves Left", "Brother in Arms", "Red Scare", and "Signals are Screaming".

The band currently has a MySpace website, which can be accessed here: Mother Russia on MySpace
