  • Much of the original content seems directly copied from http://www.kicthermal.com/products/pwi-ds.html?cat=0 (towards end of page). Most webfinds seem to derive from literature from a single company, so is this thing generally used? It does seem generally applicable in quality control and statisticas provided a more general context can be supplied.
  • Can anyone explain the "+2" in the formula? This seems to rely on the units being of a certain type.
