Template:Infobox Heineken CupLa Heineken Cup 2009/10 è la 15ª edizione della Heineken Cup, competizione annuale di rugby XV tra i club espressione delle sei migliori federazioni europee (Inghilterra, Francia, Galles, Irlanda, Scozia e Italia).
L’avvio della competizione è previsto per ottobre 2009 e la finale è in programma il 22 maggio 2010 allo Stade de France di Saint-Denis (Francia)[1].

Spareggio anglo-celtico
Il 24° club è stato determinato dal risultato dello spareggio italo-celtico tra la terza classificata del Super 10 italiano, il Calvisano, miglior semifinalista sconfitto del campionato 2008/09, e il Newport Gwent Dragons, club gallese di Celtic League risultato essere il primo tra i non qualificati alla Heineken Cup[2][3]. L’incontro, disputatosi a Calvisano il 29 maggio 2009, ha visto prevalere i gallesi, che si sono così qualificati[4].
