November's Chopin is the name of an album released by the Chinese R&B and Rap artist (and composer) mega star, Jay Chow. The album was first released on November 1st, 2005, on par with Jay's norm of releasing one major album per year. The album's title is a direct reference to a Polish composer named Frederick Chopin, who lived in the 1800s and was also known as "The Poet of the Piano" and who also happened to be one of Jay Chow's favorite composers. Novmeber's Chopin consists of twelve songs total, but only ten of them are original, while the remaining two songs, though composed by Jay as well, were already released earlier in the year in the Original Sound Track for the hit movie Initial D, in which finds Jay's own first acting in a real movie.
