Hello. This IP address is essentially the end point for an LEA in the UK. There are around 5000+ users coming out of this one IP and it could be any number of them performing the vandalism.

Just thought you'd like to know.

(Btw, I'm an ICT Technician at one of the high schools, and I'll stop our kids from accessing the edit pages, but I can't ensure anyone else will.)
