Via Julia Augusta

Name given to the Roman road formed by the merging of the Via Aemilia Scauri with the Via Postumia. Named after a member of Julio-Claudian dynasty or Julian family, with Julia either as their family adjective or after one of the women in that dynasty named Julia.
