Union High School is a relatively large high school located in Union Township in Union County, New Jersey. It was constructed and completed in the late 60's, and thus began taking on the duties of the previous High School, Burnet High, which in turn became Burnet Middle School.

The high school itself has gone under construction in the past year (its 43rd in operation), to allow expansion of functions of the school. These include, but are not limited to: The C.A.S.T (Communication Arts Science and Technology) Program, The School's highly decorated Army Junior ROTC program, and their National Champion football team, the "Fighting Farmers."

In the early 90's, it, along with all other schools in the Union Township School System was named an All-American school, and until the mid-90's, Union Township Schools were noted to be the best in the nation.

The school itself was featured in Howard Stern's "autobiographical" movie, Private Parts, where it served as Stern's actual high school, Roosevelt High School in Roosevelt, New York on Long Island.
