Just a quick hello to get rid of "Wikipedia does not have a User page called Joshnpowell", which just seems sad.

I'm a masters student in clinical research, and, with some luck, a medical student to-be. So you'll likely find me editing pages in the medical realm.

I was inspired to become a Wikipedian to correct some semantics I'll describe in a subpage below.
