We need more specific instructions. Do you want a solid Black Dragon (which means recolouring, and maybe changing borders etc. to a light grey/white so they are still visible, or just a monochrome (black and white) version of the colour file? Recolouring only the golden parts of the dragon as black as well as recolouring the borders on the dragon to light grey/white so they are still visible,etc. I also want the gold line going around the border of the flag changed to black too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.18.71.45 (talk)

Not in a usual case like this, I think. Somewhere in the past I had a bunch of vectorized logos placed on deletion log, and they were kept after some discussion (and citing of policies). If anyone have a proper WikiPolicy for this, I'll setup a "relevant policy" page for graphists in my user space, so we can keep all these in close reference.
