This redirect category template (Rcat) automatically sorts redirects into one category:

• Category:Redirects to user namespace (for cross-namespace redirects)

#REDIRECT [[User:(Target page name)]] {{R to user namespace}}

This is in accord with instructions found at Wikipedia:REDCAT.

• Template {{This is a redirect}} may also be used to add this and other appropriate Rcats to a redirect.
• Use this Rcat on all redirects to a page in the user namespace from a page outside of the user namespace. This Rcat should never be used on a redirect in the user namespace that targets any other page.
