I asked you once on your IP talk page to not add an article that hasn't been deleted to WP:VFU. Please do not continue to do so. CryptoDerk 05:24, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)

Please stop voting multiple times. You are allowed one vote on VFD, please follow protocol. CryptoDerk 05:42, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)

You keep adding the article to WP:VFU but it's not deleted yet! Please stop doing this! CryptoDerk 05:48, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)

Okay okay, I get it. I'm quite new to this thing so sorry for the errors. Gabs 06:03, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)

Thanks, CryptoDerk. Hey, I hope you realize, that discussion on HotBasic is nothing personal, just principle, okay? Kudos! Gabs 06:19, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)

Of course. We both have differing opinions. I am just trying to be as logical as possible regarding my opinion which is based on my interpretation of policy. If consensus ends up keeping the article, it will make me reevaluate the way I interpret the policy in cases relating to that of HotBasic. If consensus ends up deleting the article, I would hope it would do the same for you. Although I didn't list HotBasic for VfD, please don't get discouraged. When I was first starting out I created an article that was VfD (and ultimately deleted) because I just wasn't familiar about "what's in and what's out" -- of course, this is constantly evolving. That's okay. I just thought HotBasic was notable enough to be included in Wiki since I saw RapidQ included there at present. Since RapidQ's development died, and HotBasic came to continue and improve on it, that brought about my intent to put the entry in Wiki. I have no affiliation with HotBasic's author, though, other than a user. Anyway, I've already taken your point and Stormie's (already posted in the VFD thread), so there's not much point in me dragging a losing case. =) Gabs 07:07, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)
Hi there.. please understand that it's nothing personal from my point of view either! I thought it was borderline-notable and thus listed it for discussion. It will only be deleted if there is a strong consensus to do so, which at the moment there isn't. I'm actually reconsidering the matter - since your original article referred to Rapid-Q rather than RapidQ I thought you were saying it was compatible with.. some other compiler we didn't have an article on. :-) When in fact we do! And then I looked in BASIC programming language and saw how many other BASIC implementations we have articles on. Check back in a day or two. —Stormie 09:04, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)
