One Crazy Summoner / Guess What's Coming to Dinner is the 54th episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. It first aired August 5, 2005 on Cartoon Network.

Plots

One Crazy Summoner

A giant anaconda escaped from Grim's trunk and ate Billy's Mom and Dad. Grim doesn't want to deal with the anaconda, so Billy suggests that they should call Nigel Planter, as he can talk to the snakes. Billy called for Nigel Planter over the enchanted toilet, and he, Mandy and Grim are transported to Toadblatt's School of Sorcery, which has been magicly transformed into a beach for the summer school. Nigel has became teenager, and he asks them for a help; he needs help to win the heart of the most beautiful witch in Toadblatt's, Herfeffine Pfefferfeffer. But Herfeffine doesn't like him at all, she likes Dorko Malfly, who is the coolest student in the sorcery school. Although Billy, Mandy and Grim tried to help him, no matter how he tries, Nigel can't win Herfeffine's heart. In the end, Grim had a feeling that they went off-track in some moment; they forgot to ask Nigel to help them with the snake.

Guess What's Coming to Dinner

While Grim, Billy, and Mandy play croquet, the ball starts flying around and hits Billy. Then a truck falls on Grim. Hoss Delgado is back with Eris. As Billy's Mom and Dad leave on their vacation, Hoss and Eris pose as Billy's parents for the arrival of Principal Goodvibes, who is discussing Billy's opportunities to get into a private school. However, Eris causes chaos, mild at first like spilled punch, but eventually summons alien mutant zombie lobsters. Grim and Hoss take down the lobsters with Goodvibes still sitting at the table, horrified. Goodvibes leaves the demolished home furious, but Billy is accepted to the school.

Billy is at the school, but it turns out it's military school.

Trivia

  • Guess What's Coming to Dinner is the first episode in which Eris and Hoss Delgado appear together
  • One Crazy Summoner is the 3rd episode which parodies Harry Potter, after Toadblatt's School of Sorcery and Nigel Planter and The Chamber Pot of Secrets.
  • "Guess What's Coming to Dinner" is a parody of the movie Guess Who's Coming to Dinner.
  • In "Guess What's Coming to Dinner," Grim breaks the fourth wall by saying "This is a kids show for Gosh sake," when Eris and Hos Delgato are kissing
  • At one point Eris and Hoss are getting Goodvibe's name wrong calling him things such as "Goodwater", "Goodpoop" and "Goodyoureanidiot." One of these names is "Goodburger" making reference to the All That skit.
  • Billy's IQ is -5 in this episode. A shovel and a candy bracelet took the same test, getting +17s.
