Hi, I don't understand why you added a tone warning to my article on Bandwidth management (see [1]). Please could you be more specific about what needs to be changed?
Suspect Vandalism
I looked over the edits you were talking about and they don't seem to make very much sense. Though I would be hesitant to label it vandalism, as per WP:AGF it definately seems to be pointless.
