The Journal of Health Care for the Poor and underserved is an academic journal founded in 1990 and the official publication of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved. The journal addresses questions relating to the provision of health care in America. It covers topics such as access to health care, quality, costs, regulation, legislation, and disease prevention. Articles take the form of scholarly research and expert opinion, as well as policy analyses and book reviews.
