At least some stuff on the site is conspicuously AI generated and I strongly suspect literally all of the content is. The particular "article" cited was posted simultaneously with a slew of similar "articles" that just contain purported nutritional data of fruits, written by "Admin", with no explanaton of where any of it came from. In any case, her ancestry gives as much reason to call her "Dutch-American" as "Palestinian-American", no? Why favour one heritage? Tag: Undo

I do not think it is plausible anyone would arrive at this page expecting to read about capital punishment. Pages with titles that are MUCH more plausibly related to capital punishment ("Writ of execution", "Stay of execution") do not have such a disambiguation line. Tag: Undo

- 07:4107:41, 9 December 2024 diff hist −1,220 Evil eye Delete entire "Media & Press Coverage" section. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Evil_eye#Media_and_press_coverage. Content of this section was 1. unrelated to media & press and 2. almost all duplicative of content elsewhere in the article. I also suspect that the lone detail that WASN'T duplicative was incorrect. It therefore makes sense to just nuke the whole lot; there is nothing here to salvage.

- 09:5909:59, 7 December 2024 diff hist −240 Inherent vowel "Wikipedia" -> "Wkpeda" example is confusing/wrong here; if we were indeed following the rule for writing vowels in Meroitic script, "Wkpeda" would mean "Wikipeda", not "Wikipedia", because "da" would correspond to "da" and not "dia". Reverts a 2015 addition by User:Tarchon. Not categorically opposed to trying to put some other, better example here, but personally I think it's almost impossible to give an example based on Latin script here that won't confuse more than it clarifies.

No sources cited in the intro substantiate a citizenship-only definition as previously given (let alone a naturalization-only one!) & many sections of this very article clearly broadly discuss Bangladeshis resident in the UK, not only those who are UK citizens

See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Evil_eye#The_evil_eye_in_Christianity. If this stuff is gonna be restored, it should be with secondary sources supporting the idea of a connection.

- 11:1311:13, 3 December 2024 diff hist −1,030 Evil eye Remove claims about folk Christianity that is sourced to Dracula. We are literally citing a work of *fiction* here, and inferring with no non-fiction source at all that the superstitions of one (fictional) group of Romanian peasants in the 1890s are broadly representative of "folk Christianity" today in Europe. Clearly an unreasonable inference. If this is a real folk Christian belief (I am skeptical of this), find a non-fiction source that says so.
