Measures for Evaluation is a guide for individuals, organizations, grantees, or anyone involved in the Wikimedia movement who wants to evaluate their programs. It is a matrix of suggested measures organized by program goals.

There are three overarching goals: (1) Increase participation, (2) Add Quality Content, and (3) Expand Wikimedia's Reach and Readership. These goals are aligned with the Wikimedia movement strategic plan, with additional guidance from research and analytics about the movement. Not all of these goals have measures and not all measures have tools. Leave feedback about goals, measures, or tools on the talk page or let us know if have ideas for measuring these goals!
