Searching Wikipedia sounds easy. But as with just about everything that sounds easy once you start to take a closer look you realize: It's really not easy.

Browser Shortcuts; aliases

I am talking about the relatively obscure %s feature in Chrome and Firefox and perhaps other browsers.

Briefly, this lets you type some text in the address bar of your browser and transform it without having to visit any intermediate websites.
