Page Expansion

This page was basically a stub, so I expanded it quite a bit. It could probably still use more work, such as:

  • Description of post-1990 extensions to map algebra
  • A section focusing on cartographic modeling (see also Suitability analysis and Suitability model)?
  • A list of commonly implemented operators? With history? Too long?
