What A Cartoon! (conosciuta anche con i nomi di World Premiere Toons, The What-a-Cartoon! Show e The Cartoon Cartoon Show) è una serie televisiva a cartoni animati, chiamata anche “show-progetto”, prodotta da Cartoon Network in co-produzione con Hanna-Barbera negli anni 1995-1997, e con Cartoon Network Studios negli anni 1997-2001.

La serie fu trasmessa in Italia su Rai 2 e Cartoon Network, mentre The Cartoon Cartoon Show è inedita, ma solo il cortometraggio Foe Paws è stato trasmesso.
