Maybe somebody have access for this? I was unable to find anything, though I hope the article exist and is in English.

Artem.G, your request is rather short on details but "Edo no fushiga" is the title of a 1997 monograph (in Japanese) by Kazuo Minami, https://ci.nii.ac.jp/ncid/BA31430609.
