I believe that the user with the IP address specified above is the puppet mastr of the account of PGLanier. My reasoning, the IP user has been doing a number of edits over the past week through an IP account and has not shown any sign or interest of signing up an account. However, as soon as he was blocked for violating the 3RR rule in regards to an edit war with User:Matthew on the Daedalus class battlecruiser page, user PGLanier which has only 1 other edit under him made nearly 3-4 weeks ago, happens to log on and continue reverting edits on the above mentioned article. I believe that PGLanier is the account of the IP user who has been forced to login since he recieved a block only hours previously. Count23 05:06, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
