Formula in example

When the optimum is each ${\displaystyle X_{i}}$  having ${\displaystyle P_{b}/n}$  blue and ${\displaystyle P_{r}/n}$  red points the formula should be ${\displaystyle \max(||P_{b}\cap X_{i}|-|P_{b}|/n|+\dots )}$ . I'm new to this topic so I am asking here first.
