The Symposium on Operating Systems Design and Implementation (OSDI), organized by USENIX, is one of the two top academic conferences on systems research, along with SOSP.[1][2][3]

Until 2020, OSDI was held every other year; since then, it has become an annual conference. The first OSDI was held in 1994.
