Remove version history section?

I don't think a version history section (originally added by 2605:6001:E444:E300:494C:CC81:3FE:D6AB) is appropriate for this particular software library, especially if it's just a list of the major versions released so far. The sentences discussing past major development efforts or milestones mostly duplicate what the →Overview section says. — ChrstphrChvz (talkcontribs) 08:50, 22 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Update and add more information

The current wiki article covers the history, development, and basic features of the library, but there are a few areas where additional details could enhance the content:

- The wiki article for TensorFlow has an Applications section. This article could do the same using the Testimonials as inspiration

- The wiki article for XGBoost has an Awards section. This article could do similarly to mention e.g. this Open Source Software Award or this price for innovation.

- Update the Version history section and add more recent developments and features as per the release highlights.

- Maybe add how scikit-learn compares with other libraries at least on some high-level metrics, e.g. using the information in the 2021 and 2022 kaggle surveys ArturoAmorQ (talk) 15:04, 3 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
