Replace with {{Now Commons}} if the Commons file is no longer nominated for deletion (or remove if tagged with {{Keep local}}). {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons}}: (checked weekly) Remove from ineligible files. Replace with {{Now Commons}} for files which are already on Commons (or remove if tagged with {{Keep local}}). In all cases, it'll try to avoid adding duplicate templates.
