Clarence Vaughn (born July 17, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois) was an American football safety for the NFL's Washington Redskins.
He attended highschool at Gage Park in Chicago, IL where he played Quarterback, Running Back, Linebacker and Tight End.
He played college football for Northern Illinois University where he won his 4-year football scholarship. The NIU Huskies won the California Bowl III where they smothered Fresno State.
He was drafted in the eighth round of the 1987 NFL Draft (219th pick over all) and won his first Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos as a rookie in 1987, Super Bowl XXII. He went on to win his second Super Bowl in 1992 against the Buffalo Bills, Super Bowl XXVI.
In his first NFL start against the Arizona Cardinals he accomplished 13 solo tackles. And, in the playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings in 1987 he sacked Wade Wilson.
