VfD page comes up as top Google hit; should be redirected. PeteG 06:40, 8 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

that, to put it bluntly, is Google's problem. Certain Wikikpedia procedures (e.g. VfD) have been established by consensus and should not be disrupted without further consensus from all involved just because a third-party site presents a particular page in a particular way. No, it's Wikipedia's problem. VfD and other special pages should be excluded from search results using robots.txt. - PeteG 16:33, 8 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
if you believe it is a problem, please discuss this on Wikipedia_talk:Votes_for_deletion before taking unilateral action. In the meantime please refrain from turning the page into a redirect. Ianb 17:38, 8 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
