David DeLuise (Burbank, 11 novembre 1971) è un attore americano.

È figlio dell'attore e comico Dom DeLuise e dell'attrice Carol Arthur, e fratello dell'attore, scrittore e regista Peter DeLuise e dell'attore Michael DeLuise.

Ha un posto fisso nella Disney Channel Original Series I maghi di Waverly nel ruolo di Jerry Russo.

Though his first leading role was in 2003's BachelorMan, David DeLuise started his acting career starring in the 1979 film Hot Stuff. He had a recurring role in 3rd Rock from the Sun as Bug Pollone and was a regular performer on Jesse during its first season, playing Jesse's brother Darren. He played a recuring role in Stargate SG-1 as Pete Shanahan

David is also known for voicing Coop in Megas XLR and Sergeant Brutto in Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles. He starred opposite Maggie Wheeler on the NBC pilot The Sperm Donor.
