A person able to control all sorts of plants on Earth. He/she will be able to make plants grow in size and shape, and bloom. This ability to some would be amazing, but to others a little down sided.
This ability first appeared in Disney's Sky High. In student Layla. She had the ability control plants. In the film, she was able to make plants grow and flowers bloom. She was able to make an entire tree grow the size of a house. She was able to grow fruit. And she made vines grow in length and immobilize her enemy. A very useful power indeed.
