Cano Estremera (born c. 1963) is a Puerto Rican salsa singer who is a native of San Juan.

Estremera, who is an albino, practiced his craft while residing in Residencial Las Casas, a public project in the area of Santurce, not far from Trastalleres, where salsa singer Andy Montañez and boxer Ossie Ocasio were also born. He and Luciano Rivera are probably the two most famous people to have come out of Las Casas. although Rivera became famous for something not related to music.

Estremera became famous by 1989, year in which he began to tour all over Latin America. He enjoyed considerable success in Puerto Rico as well as in Brazil and Peru, among other places.

In 2001, a special of him was transmitted by HBO Latino to United States homes. His 2003 CD release celebrated his twenty years in the music industry.
