OGSI is short for Open Grid Services Infrastructure. As opposed to Open_Grid_Services_Architecture, OGSI takes the statelessness issues (along with others) into account by essentially extending Web services to accommodate a grid that is both transient and stateful.
OGSI is now obsolete, and has been superceded (in practical terms) by WSRF (Web_Services_Resource_Framework).
