I am creating this stub in the hope that someone can fill it in an explain what its for and what it means. I have read the spec and don't understand it!

I have seen this in Oracle BPEL documentation (evidently Oracle BPEL can work in association with WSDM web service management systems, but I can't even get a rough idea of what these are! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Chris Q (talk • contribs) .
