"Love Profusion" is a song by American singer Madonna from her 2003 album American Life. The song was written and produced by Madonna and Mirwais Ahmadzai.
The single was originally released in Australia, Italy, and the United Kingdom on November 21st, 2003 but was later released in North America and France on March 16th, 2004.
Madonna's record label, Warner Bros., decided to wait with a single release of the song in North America to combine promotion for the single with the release of the Estée Lauder perfume 'Beyond Paradise'. This marketing move makes sense, as the song was featured in the advertisement for the perfume. All North American Maxi CD's contained a perfume tester. Besides, the Love Profusion video is very similar to the actual perfume advertisement. Both were directed by French director Luc Besson.
