Dieffenbachia seguine is a plant also known as Dumbcane. Other names are Leopard Lily, Galatea and Mother in Law Plant.
Dieffenbachia is a member of the Arum familiy, Araceae. It is very easy to cultivate and thrives in captivity, so it is often grown as an ornamental pot plant. However, the leaves contain Calcium oxalate and are highly toxic.
