This IP is from Australian company TPG Internet http://www.tpg.com.au/ Many legitimate users use this IP, sadly one persistent vandal also does.

Over the course of 24 hours or so, two innocent bystanders have been negatively affected by my block of this IP address. Thus, I'm sadly going to have to be on the nightwatch, to make sure this IP is only used by valid, valuable contributors. -- user:zanimum
