Graphist opinion: Sorry, maybe I'm just having a bad day, but I can't find a license for this photo. Is there one? --Goldsztajn (talk) 01:24, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
- Not done We can't alter images without licenses. Perhaps you can find one before requesting. Thanks for your understanding. ZooFari 03:33, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

Request: Could someone crop Henderson (no. 15) from this image? ~EDDY (talk/contribs/editor review)~ 19:25, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
Graphist opinion: How much do you want cropped? I personally like it showing him defending Sims. --Pbroks13talk? 22:39, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
- Good enough, though I would like it to be just him. ~EDDY (talk/contribs/editor review)~ 18:09, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
- Okay, I cropped it again. How's that? --Pbroks13talk? 16:38, 12 April 2009 (UTC)

English version
Article(s): Guiana Space Centre
Request: Is it possible to make this graphics into the English language. Thanks. Hektor (talk) 10:49, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
Graphist opinion: I've added the Template:Translation possible template to the Commons image page - if you know the English translations of the words, you can get the toolserver to translate them automatically into a new SVG that's labeled appropriately, see the template page for more on how it works. If you want, post the English translations here first so we can check that they make sense - small grammar changes and so on. —Vanderdecken∴ ∫ξφ 14:06, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- English version now exists here, but the English isn't perfect - Soyouz should be Soyuz, several words (e.g. montagne (mountain), top right) remain untranslated, and the text alignment seems to be weird - tilted. Maybe we need someone to tweak this manually. —Vanderdecken∴ ∫ξφ 18:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- Oh you went faster than me, I was having a break for Easter week-end. Thanks a lot. Hektor (talk) 21:56, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Seal of the USA
Article(s): Template:US Army Chiefs of Staff; Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army; Chief of Staff of the United States Army; Flags of the United States armed forces; United States Secretary of the Army
Request: Please make SVGs of these Army flags, which are all very similar in design. I linked to the Seal of the USA which is the hardest part, and is already an SVG. Correct shade of red can be taken from the flag(s) hosted on the Army's website: [1], [2], or [3]. - Gump Stump (talk) 16:49, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Graphist opinion: Did the best I can, however the dimension for the Vice Chief is somehow different, If exact info is given I will make it more accurate but here goes!:
PS the dimension of the CofS and the Sec, I did a round up of the US Presidential flag. Sodacan (talk) 07:16, 28 April, 2009 (UTC)

Army Chief of Staff flag

Army Vice Chief of Staff flag (not quite sure about the dimension, help would be appreciated)

Secretary of the Army flag
- Those look very good. Although I can't find exact dimensions, it seems to me that the stars on the VCoS flag should be smaller, making the flag less crowded; in the images on the Army website I linked to (although they are tiny, I think I would trust them since the images are made and hosted by the Army) the stars appear about the same size as the round crest above the eagle's head. I also found this webpage which has a few more larger examples, if that helps with any of these. Thanks! - Gump Stump (talk) 16:02, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- I've made the stars smaller. The links you gave (I went through them too quickly), have all the flags at the same dimensions, do you think I you change the VCofS to correspond with the other two? it is the US Army website after all. Sodacan (talk) 17:45, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, I think I would make them the same dimensions; it is their website, I assume they know what they're doing. Thanks again. - Gump Stump (talk) 18:19, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- Changes made Sodacan (talk) 18:33, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Christian cinema icon
Request: The Christian cinema task force of WP:FILM looks set to be created in the next few days or so, and it needs an appropriate icon for the {{Film}} project banner. What I need is an icon similar to those in commons:Category:Nuvola-based clapperboard icons using the clapperboard image on the left. I'm not sure which of the Christian icons would look best, so if it's not too much trouble could I request all three? Bear in mind that the icon will typically be seen at 30x30px. Thanks in advance! Opinion: Comment - We may want to get someone from WP:CHEM involved. SVG should follow the format shown at Mercury-fulminate.png and Grubbs Catalyst 1st Generation.svg. —Vanderdecken∴ ∫ξφ 17:18, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
- Might be worth SVGifiying mercury fulminate as well. This one, however, is simple enough that it should be easy (However the blue color can probably be changed to the more correct black). 76.117.247.55 (talk) 17:05, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
- Keep in mind that if the result turns out to be the exact same shape, it would have been wise to simply use our keyboards instead :) ZooFari 00:49, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
- I have made it svg! hehe. --Goldblattster (talk) 16:38, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
- You've done a trace bitmap, which isn't needed for something as simple as this. Three letters in an arial-type font plus a straight line would have taken less time. gringer (talk) 00:41, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- Could you rectify it then? 76.117.247.55 (talk) 01:08, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- @76.117.247.55 Rectify??? What does that mean?! @Gringer I know it is a trace bitmap, and I could have taken an easier route, but oh well. Done is done. --Goldblattster (talk) 02:06, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
- First, if you are going to participate, do things right. It is obvious that your SVG is traced, and the nodes are incorrectly placed. Don't deny it as "Done is done". Also, the license is simply ridiculous by the fact that it is GFDL when it should be Public ___domain for ineligibility. And next time, upload at commons. For the requester: I made the clean SVG version. ZooFari 19:47, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you kindly. 76.117.247.55 (talk) 01:29, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Huh? I'm a little confused. --Pbroks13talk? 20:10, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
- I apologize. I am requesting that the above image I linked (again I didn't realize I forgot to link it, it is there now) needs to be converted to the superior SVG format if that is possible. --Urda (talk) 00:35, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- I understand that. Was there anything wrong with the one I extracted? --Pbroks13talk? 00:50, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- I apologize again. No there is nothing wrong with the one that is now extracted as an SVG. Sorry I thought you posted that since I failed to initially plant the original image. That is fantastic! --Urda (talk) 21:02, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- Hah, okay gotcha. Marking as resolved. --Pbroks13talk? 07:02, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
