Mark Rosenfelder is the creator of the website Zompist.com and one of the pre-eminent conlangers practicing today. Among his works hosted on the site are the Language Construction Kit, the constructed language Verdurian, the conworld Almea, and Swatoons. He also writes many political editorials, some of which include Reconstituting America, The Last Century, and What's Wrong with Libertarianism?. He is also the host of the Zompist Bboard
Rosenfelder has invented a number of languages, including Verdurian, Ismaîn, Cadhinor, and Flaidish.
Mark currently resides with his wife in Oak Park, Illinois.
