Duke Island is an island in the Gravina Islands of the Alexander Archipelago in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Alaska. The island stands at 54°56′N 131°20′W / 54.933°N 131.333°W, just north of the Canadian border. It is 19 km (12 miles) long and 13 km (8 miles) wide.
