Non-encyclopedic "how-to" program, essentially just a personal exercise routine. No evidence of notability even within the Marine Corps, much less in general. No substantial edits in years, and unlikely to be able to be made into a decent article. bahamut0013wordsdeeds 04:51, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
This article helped me go from barely being able to do 10 pull ups to being able to pump 30 at a moment's notice. What article about a videogame or a television show has the potential to positively affect someone's life more than this one? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.6.111.144 (talk) 18:56, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. There are other websites for things like that, and while the article was tagged for a transwiki to Wikibooks for almost two years, so it seems that they don't want it. You could try WikiHow. Your comparison to the utility of other articles is also not a strong argument; a deletion discussion is supposed to evaluate an article based on its own merits, rather than how it compares to others. bahamut0013wordsdeeds 09:56, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
