* the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the company itself, OR * listed on ranking indices of important companies produced by well-known and independent publications, OR * used to calculate stock market indices. - Delete: a software consultancy and vendor that sells a Software as a service product launched in 2006 for the analysis of tachograph data, aiding conformance to the EC Drivers Hours regulations. In English, what I think that means is that they sell software that relates to the supervision of truck drivers for regulatory compliance. If you didn't get that from the article, you have a good excuse.
