Smash World Forums AfD
I voted delete on this, but I have to say your action seems kind of precipitous. It had been posted on AfD less than a day, and a day that's a holiday for many people at that. It's not impossible that someone could have come up with a good argument for notability in the next few days. If you're going to move so quickly, it would be nice to at least see some reasoning given with the closing notice. Best, rodii 00:49, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply! This struck a nerve for me because not long ago I suggested letting someone clean up an article that was up for AfD and got a somewhat snarky "they have FIVE DAYS to fix the problem with AfD, isn't that enough!?" from someone. So it seems like at least some people think the five-day period is pretty solid. Anyway, I appreciate the civil reply, and the good job you do in general. rodii 03:45, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
I have about the same problem as the above, although consensus at the time of closing the debate was delete, it had only been listed for two days, one of whitch is a holiday for many people. If for nothing else, I think that this is reason enough for keeping it on Afd all five days. Bjelleklang - talk 08:56, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
Admiral Freebee
You wrote on the AfD entry page that the article about Admiral Freebee should be removed. The reason that he is not notable is of course utter nonsense - this is an encyclopedia, not a hall of fame. You further wrote that the article might be considered an advertisement for his next tour. Despite the facts that the article wasn't intended that way and that I didn't write anything that would even resemble an advertisement, I rewrote the article. MB 18:15, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
- Please quote the remarks where I got personal, I can't find them. I already posted a reply on the AfD page regarding Admiral Freebee. I posted on your talk page because I stronly disagree with your point of view regarding 'notability', which affects more articles.
- Regarding WP:MUSIC, please visit Admiral Freebee's website. There are several reasons why he should be considered notable. MB 18:44, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
- I'm merely stating my opinion without the intention to backfire. I disagree with your views, not necessarily your views if you know what I mean. I believe I have policy (WP:MUSIC) on my side (even though I'm apparantly an inclusionist and thus do not care about notability). Finding proof about AF's notability is already mentioned on the AfD by myself.

Linkspam
Hi! I found you here and maybe you can help me :-) I found a linkspammer Special:Contributions/Jmputz and I wonder if a) there is a tool to mass-revert his linkspam and b) where would be the best place to report him/her and c) how can I mass-tag his posts? Thanks! --Pmkpmk 18:09, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
Proof of notability
This has very little to do with Admiral Freebee so I decided to add a new subject, I just would like to know your point of view on the following. You wrote on my talk page that it's not your obligation to search for proof of notability on websites. I find this strange since it is considered to be my obligation to prove the notability of the subject of an article while any editor apparently can consider (or contribute to a consideration for) an AfD without conducting proper research. This seems very hypocritical (for lack of better words). MB 21:25, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
- Clear, thanks for sharing your view. I must admit though that it´s a bit harsh to consider an article for deletion or contributing to the consideration if the article (and, in this case, the author) is brand new. MB 11:57, 5 January 2006 (UTC)

Viera Scheibner, your attempt to delete
If you think Viera Scheibner is a quack then you need to do some research into vaccination, and it also point sout your bias. Should you be attempting to delete medical pages if you are ignorant of the subect and show blatant bias? john 22:53, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

Why'd you delete AllTooFlat's page?!
I thought it a good article, and even mentioned it to the guys at AllTooFlat. What was the problem with it? Klassykittychick 21:01, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
List of atheists
Hello Pablo, long time no speak! I don't know if you remember or not, but we had worked together on the inclusion criteria for List of atheists a good while ago. There is a discussion going on now regarding the article on its talk page and the future direction that it should take. I feel that you were very influential in shaping what the article ended up being and were also very militant in maintaining the empiricism of the inclusion process. I have not been keeping up with the article too much lately, but I have been a little dissatisfied with the direction that it has taken. I think the inclusion criteria needs to be simplified and revised in order to make it clearer. Would you be willing to help out with this? Hope you're enjoying a good wikivacation. Cheers! –Comics (Talk) 06:00, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

Warning templates
I noticed your use of a warning template on an anon user talk page recently. It is easier for other users/administrators to refer to the vandalism if, instead of using templates test1, test2 etc. you use templates of the form test-n, test2-n etc. This means that you can add the name of the article in the template. See Wikipedia:Vandalism#Warning_templates for more info. haz (user talk) 13:09, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Block of 65.248.224.93
Thank you. We believe that the vandalism/careless editing was done by younger students (again, it's a school IP) who no longer have personal school computers.
I am also personally pushing that the school address the problem as a whole. Thank you again.
Hola! pues estoy buscando referencias concernando la crisis economica. Voy anadiendo poco a poco. Mejores saludos! Tazmaniacs

Urgent help needed
Thanks for copyediting the article Huemul Project. Have you seen the discussion page? The problem we are experiencing is that an anon user IP 200.xx.xx.xx keeps erasing all negative comments and warnings, both in the article and in the talk page. As you can see from the history log he has done it three times on the talk page. Two of them today and, from previous history, we know he will continue to do it. The previous history includes the article which he has been also partially erasing and re-writing in a very slanted way and with personal attacks to everyone that doesn't agree with him. In fact, by his behavior he has impeded the input by myself and other user. What do you suggest can be done? Jclerman Jclerman 19:13, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
Argentinos
Hola Pablo

Equal signs
Thanks for pointing out the equal signs in the anti-vaccinationist article. However, when the two equal signs are used, why does it end up as a subheading rather than as a heading? Andrew73 15:18, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
i'm not attacking Cavallo
why do you think that? i really enjoy what cavallo did, we don't like argentineans very much.
and thats what he did, its not my POV, you can call it a "Masterpiece" if you think it was, i don't care. rrpp — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.83.142.148 (talk) 14:52, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Template: Provinces of Argentina
Pablo, nice wiking, but I fixed this template by sorting Buenos Aires city first on the list (as "Capital Federal") while Buenos Aires Province and others were sorted by alphabethical order. Best, Mxcatania 20:53, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism
Hello, can you help me please? This people User:200.45.6.10, User:200.82.18.137, User:200.43.201.50, User:200.45.6.140, User:200.45.6.151 are all vandalizing the Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica and Talk:Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica articles with wrong information from self-advertising sources, including possible personal attacks on me. They're the same person with a dinamic IP adress. I requested AIAV, but it seems no one is currently able to help me! Cheers. --Nkcs 01:40, 21 February 2006 (UTC)

Hi - I added a note re this problem on WP:ANI in hopes of getting more exposure/comments on the 200.xx anons behavior. Would appreciate it if you would take a look and perhaps clarify more. Thanks, Vsmith 14:04, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism assistance
Hi, I noticed that you've previously handed down a 4-day block on User:216.120.146.3 (on Jan 25), but it seems as though he is at it again. I added a warning; is there anything else to be done besides waiting? I'm new, but it looks like the last time you blocked him, there was no warning within 24hrs previous of the block. Does that mean he can be blocked immediately again? Thanks for your help, dfg 17:31, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for your speedy and efficient help!! dfg 18:22, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
Blocks
That's not true about blocking IPs not effecting user accounts. Whenever the anon IP is blocked, I can't edit on my user account as well. It tells met that my IP has been blocked. JackO'Lantern 22:33, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
200.127.209.223
Hi, Pablo. 200.127.209.223 has been repeatedly editing Domingo Sarmiento and Bartolome Mitre by inserting controversial, undocumented and clearly biased POV's. You've warned him before. Would you consider a semi protection of those articles for a while (I mean making them only editable by registered users, if that's possible)? --Filius Rosadis 12:24, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for your reply and action. --Filius Rosadis 21:04, 5 March 2006 (UTC). EDIT: he has struck once again! --Filius Rosadis 21:14, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism, again
Hi, a message was sent to me by ShiningEyes about our old friend the Argentine vandal with multiple IPs, it seems that he's reverting changes again in Ronald Richter and Instituto Balseiro articles. He has been warned by ShiningEyes and me with apparently no response, and I also noticed that the CNEA and Huemul Project pages have been protected due to this guy. Can you help me please? Maybe another protection (yes, it's controversial) seems the best solution, just see his contributions. Cheers. --OneEuropeanHeart 01:50, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- And now he's striking in the José Antonio Balseiro article... I'm certainly TIRED of reverting his changes, warning him WITH NO RESPONSE, and reverting again his unhelpful and POV edits. What we can do? Block all IPs adresses starting with 200.43.***? Or do a massive protection on 5 important and relevant articles due to this vandal? No, obviously not... --OneEuropeanHeart 02:00, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
