- Axiata done. --Sn1pe! (talk) 18:00, 10 December 2011 (UTC)
- Saudi done, except for the annoying whitespace. Can someone fix that? They seem to be part of the strange array of shapes that make up the blur thing. --Sn1pe! (talk) 02:40, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what you're referring to - the Saudi SVG looks good to me? Jon C (talk) 06:02, 26 December 2011 (UTC)
Improve value chain diagram
Major uses of fluorine and the sources and conversion pathways. Applications involving fluorine gas are shown in yellow. | SVG |
Article(s): Fluorine, (currently in User:TCO/Sandbox/Working: Fluorine)
Request: Please
- SVG
- also make subscripts for the WF6, ReF6, and NF3 numbers.
- Crisp up the text.
- Make the yellow=#FFFF99
- Anything else to pretty it up.
I will display it at 700px centered in article and want it readable. Feel free to play with the boxes or colors (but keep yellow for the fluorine, it's a theme). Also, there is a logic for which boxes are above which (major uses higher).
I would like to work it up for a Featured Picture try (they are sympathetic if there is significant research, not just prettiness, anyhow...let's try (you get the star too!)

P.s. I made this in PowerPoint and saved as a png. Can give you original if that helps. -TCO

Aluminum refining diagram
Article(s): Aluminum, Cryolite, Fluorine several more
Request:
1. Make English language copy of entire drawing as is (this is for the smelting articles)
2. Make a simplified drawing (want to emphasise the cryolite and de-emphasize the details of Al production
- Cut ALL the text except "cryolite-aluminum oxide melt" and "liquid aluminum"
- Fix the break in the graphite electrodes

Graphist opinion(s): I hope that's what you were after. If my translation is strange, I apologise. I was relying on GCSE Chemistry. NikNaks talk - gallery 13:12, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- Did you miss flussiges? :-) (I think it might be "molten" but check that - my German is as good as my Venusian :))
- edit - just noticed above comments - maybe "liquid" Begoon talk 14:14, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
"Liquid" is good for flussiges.
For the simplified one, please add the words about the cryolite-aluminum oxide...and about the liquid aluminum.TCO (talk) 14:42, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- I... sorry about that. xD How are these? NikNaks talk - gallery 15:12, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- Good. Thanks. You guys are the best! TCO (talk) 15:37, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
- (Sorry, just noticed). Cryolite should not be capitalized in either English language version. I would also like the T=950C taken out of the simplified version.TCO (Reviews needed) 01:16, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
